We’ve been at the leading edge of improving trauma care since that terrible day in 1966 when Charles Whitman climbed to the top of the University of Texas tower and started shooting. Our work that day changed the way hospitals across the nation handle multiple traumas, finding new levels of efficiency and care most had never even imagined.
