Clinical Education Center at University Medical Center at Brackenridge

One of the reasons we changed our name to University Medical Center at Brackenridge was to reflect the exciting upgrades we’ve made to our academic medicine. At the top of the list is the Clinical Education Center. The CEC is a one-of-a-kind learning facility with 3-D simulation labs, high-fidelity interactive mannequins, and an array of learning tools for physicians, nurses and other clinicians.

The Clinical Education Center, located at the site of the former Children’s Hospital of Austin, represents a collaborative effort with the Seton Family of Hospitals, the University of Texas Medical Branch, Austin Community College and the University of Texas at Austin.
