We’ve changed our name to University Medical Center at Brackenridge because of our exciting new programs and innovations. We’re especially proud of our efforts to expand our role in academic medicine.
We’re collaborating with The University of Texas Medical Branch, Austin Community College and The University of Texas at Austin to expand our clinical research and residency programs for doctors and nurses.
We’ve created the innovative Clinical Education Center, which utilizes cutting-edge simulation training. The Clinical Education Center will strengthen our graduate medical education efforts and help us recruit the nation’s top medical students, doctors and nurses.
The name change celebrates these efforts. University Medical Center at Brackenridge has been, and will continue to be, a medical innovator and leader in academic medicine.
